Job Description
- Handle sales coordination for solar parts and components
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage liaisoning work with offices, suppliers, and customers
- Visit sites or offices as required for liaisoning purposes
- Prepare, maintain, and follow up on sales-related documents
- Handle quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Track orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
- Ensure smooth communication between all concerned parties
