Job Title: Sales Counselor

Location: Ahmedabad (Branch-Based)

Department: Sales & Client Experience

Reports To: Floor Manager / Branch Manager

Job Purpose: The Sales Counselor is responsible for assisting clients in choosing the right skin, hair, and laser treatments, providing professional counseling, and ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to sales while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Counseling Greet and assist walk-in and appointment clients professionally.
• Understand clients’ concerns and suggest appropriate treatments offered at Sakhiya Skin Clinic.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, number of sessions, pricing, EMI options, and package inclusions.
• Sales & Conversions Maintain a high conversion rate for walk-ins, follow-ups, and online leads.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Dermatologists and technicians to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Follow-up & CRM Management: Maintain all client records and follow-up updates in CRM.
• Follow up with inquiries, pending decisions, renewals, and treatment continuation.
• Handle leads generated through inquiries, referrals, social media, and events.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every client receives a premium and personalized experience.
• Assist in resolving client complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Build client trust and long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Counseling, Hospitality, or Healthcare (preferred: salon, beauty, clinic, aesthetics).
• Graduate in any field (Preferred: Healthcare, Business, Hospitality).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).
