Sales Counselor

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Counselor who can guide patients, understand their concerns, and convert consultations into successful treatment plans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for sales and client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend and counsel walk-in and referred patients for hair & skin treatments
• Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages
• Convert consultations into sales while maintaining ethical practices
• Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle patient queries and objections confidently
• Maintain proper records of consultations, conversions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Required Skills:Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Good understanding of customer psychology
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Basic knowledge of skincare/haircare (preferred)
