Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and final signatures. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives on hitting targets and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Proactively source new leads through networking, cold calling, and social selling to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging pitches and product walkthroughs to demonstrate ROI for potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process, addressing objections and concerns to secure mutually beneficial contracts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop territory or vertical-specific sales strategies to outperform quarterly and annual quotas.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in [Salesforce/HubSpot].
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in SOLAR INDUSTRY.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to command a room and influence stakeholders.
- Resilience: A "thick skin" and the persistence to follow up and navigate long sales cycles.
- Time Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple deals at different stages without letting leads go cold.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
