Role & Responsibility Summary

The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for business development, client handling, and project coordination for industrial and commercial customers. The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to deliver customized HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new industrial and commercial clients

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions

• Prepare technical offers, BOQs, and cost estimates

• Coordinate with design, project, and service teams

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical discussions

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closure

• Maintain client relationships for repeat business

• Track project execution timelines and customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Achieve assigned sales targets

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, ducting, ventilation, exhaust, chilled water, VRF, etc.)

• Basic understanding of drawings and load calculations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel for site visits and projects
