Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Field Sales Activities
- Visit customers, retailers, distributors, or businesses to promote company products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase company revenue and market share.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good customer relationship management
- Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
- 1–3 years of sales or field sales experience
