Sales Engineer / Manager - Industrial Automation

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our

customer base

• Built and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and

support as needed

• Develops and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner, ensuring a high

true of customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to

ensure alignment and support for sales activities

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners, ensuring that terms

and conditions are favourable and meet the needs of the business.

• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to senior management.

Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering

within the industrial automation industry. Experience with specific automation brands

(e.g., Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB).

• Excellent connect with customers in OEM, EU, SI.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify potential accounts, generate leads, and close

sales.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
