Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers for vehicle sales.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide complete product information.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
- Follow up with customers for inquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper documentation for bookings, financing, and delivery process.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
