Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders received through Website, Mobile Application & WhatsApp
• Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation, billing, packing, and dispatch
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Ensure accurate order entry, payment tracking, and delivery status updates
• Maintain daily order reports, customer database, and sales records
• Assist in planning and executing online offers, combo deals, and festive promotions
• Support basic digital sales activities (product updates, pricing changes, stock visibility)
• Ensure smooth customer experience and repeat orders
• Work closely with marketing team to improve online sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience handling Website, App, and WhatsApp Business orders

Strong communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi; basic English preferred)

Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, and order management tools

Experience in FMCG / Food / Namkeen industry is an advantage
