Sales Executive

Job Title: Personal Loan Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Personal Loan (PL) SalesLocation: As per branch / field allocationEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executives to promote and sell personal loan products. The role involves sourcing new customers, explaining loan features, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field work, references, and calling
• Explain personal loan products, interest rates, and eligibility to customers
• Collect and verify required customer documents
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
• Job Type:Field Sales / Hybrid (Field + Office)
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
• Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC sales preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Must have basic knowledge of loan products
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
