Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Consumer Durable Finance

Location: As assigned (Field-based at dealer locations)

Role Overview:

The Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving consumer durable finance business by managing loan application logins at dealer outlets, assisting customers with financing options, and ensuring smooth processing of credit proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle finance logins for consumer durable products (electronics, appliances, etc.) at dealer points.

Coordinate with retail dealers to source and generate loan applications.

Guide customers on available EMI/finance schemes and eligibility criteria.

Collect, verify, and submit customer documents for loan processing.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system.

Follow up with credit and operations teams for quick loan approvals and disbursals.

Maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to increase business volumes.

Achieve monthly sales and login targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

0–3 years of experience in sales / BFSI / retail finance (freshers can apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of loan processing and documentation.

Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.
