Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive who is passionate about learning and building a career in sales. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or have up to one year of experience in any industry, with a strong desire to grow, develop new skills, and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, visits, and networking.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist the senior sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Support in executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Continuously learn about company products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (any industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
