Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join

our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client

relationships, and driving sales of our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will

have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of achieving sales

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as

cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential

clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solar energy solutions.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed

sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest solar energy technologies, products,

and industry trends to effectively educate clients and address their inquiries.

5. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to

clients, outlining the benefits and ROI of our solar energy solutions.

6. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals and maximize

profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,

opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project

management, and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and

customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or

related field.

 Proven track record of at least [1 years] of successful sales experience, preferably in the

renewable energy or construction industry.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

 Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies is a plus.
