About the Role

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive to work in the permanent staffing business to manage candidate engagement and drive revenue by adding candidates . The role involves connecting with candidates from various sources, explaining our services, onboarding them, and generating business through adding Candidates on Bench.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with the candidates through calls, emails, and professional networks.

• Explain company services, placement process, enrollment fees and value proposition clearly to candidates.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Collect payments/fees from candidates as per company policies and ensure timely processing.

• Supplying candidates to the marketing department as per the needs.

• Track candidates’ placement status and follow up until successful joining.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, payments, and revenue generated.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through candidate placements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, excel, Chat GPT, Email.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in sales (preferred).

• Understanding of recruitment and placement lifecycle.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
