Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by selling products or services directly to customers in assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and product demonstrations. They are responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and updating CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Sales: Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits.
• Customer Interaction: Conducting on-site visits to present products, demonstrate value, and negotiate contracts.
• Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Building rapport with new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports, tracking market trends, and documenting customer interactions in CRM software. 

Key Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Traits: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are usually required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an MBA or degree in business is often preferred
