*Salesperson (Sales Executive) - Dholera Smart City Real Estate*

*Role Summary*
Convert CRM leads into property sales through calls, site visits, and closings.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Follow up daily on CRM leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours in Dholera, handle objections.
- Negotiate deals, prepare agreements, ensure smooth handovers.
- Meet monthly sales targets; update CRM accurately.
- Generate referrals; support marketing events/ads.
*Requirements*
- 1-2 years sales experience (real estate preferred; freshers with hustle OK).
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English; strong negotiation & communication.
- Tech-savvy (CRM, WhatsApp Business, basic Excel).
- Self-motivated; ready for field work.
