Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, develop key accounts, and expand market presence in enterprise, SME, and channel segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (field sales, inside sales, channel partners)
- Identify new business opportunities in hardware, networking, CCTV, servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, system integrators, and OEM partners
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tenders
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and project teams for solution design and delivery
- Track sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
- Handle key enterprise accounts and negotiate pricing, contracts, and closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware & networking products
- Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills
- Team leadership and people management abilities
- Experience in B2B / Enterprise IT sales
- Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
