Job Description:

• Acquire business from new customers, products, and applications.

• Focus on developing business in switch gears, motors, and FRP products.

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Collaborate on cross-territory opportunities and marketing efforts.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

• Identify and resolve client issues strategically.

• Report on sales pipeline, demand generation, and KPIs.

• Offer product samples to stakeholders and follow up on payments.

• Travel to meet customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Keep the market informed about new products and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

• Management degree in Marketing/Sales preferred.

• Basic electronics knowledge expected.
