Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of promoting our products or services, generating sales leads, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.

2. Provide information about our products or services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.

3. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during calls.

4. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

5. Follow up on leads generated from previous calls.

6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries effectively.

8. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
