Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

PVC Compound – Medical Grade( PVC Moulding Compound) & Wires & Cables

Job Summery

Responsible for sales, business development, and customer relationship management for PVC compounds used in wire & cable and medical applications. The role includes identifying new customers, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and expand market for PVC colour compounds (Wire & Cable / Medical Grade).
• Identify new customers and generate leads.
• Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales orders.

• Customer Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Coordinate with production and QC team for timely dispatch.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.

• Market & Compliance Knowledge

• Understand IS / IEC standards (for wires & cables).
• Knowledge of RoHS / REACH compliance.
• Basic understanding of Medical Grade standards (USP Class VI / ISO 10993).
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Polymer, Chemical, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–7 years experience in PVC compound / Plastic / Cable industry sales preferred
