Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative / Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services to residential and/or commercial clients. This role involves generating leads, conducting needs assessments, designing customized solutions, and closing deals while building lasting customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and B2B marketing.
• Customer Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC needs, perform site surveys, and provide expert advice.
• Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Technical Liaison: Collaborate with installation/engineering teams to ensure smooth project handovers and resolve technical issues.
• Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, home services, or technical sales.
• Willing to learn about HVAC systems, components, and basic load calculations required for sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel frequently for client meetings.
• (For Sales Engineer roles) Background in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus.
