Hiring: Field Sales Executive (Travel Agent Partnerships)

Travie is a fast-growing platform helping travel agents sell international eSIMs. Zero inventory, instant delivery, and high commissions. We’re onboarding travel agencies across India and looking for energetic Sales Executives to grow with us.

What you’ll do

• Visit travel agencies, tour operators, visa consultants, and student travel sellers
• Pitch Travie and onboard partners
• Help them get to first sales fast, then drive repeat monthly volume
• Drive repeat monthly volume via weekly follow-ups and relationship management
• Maintain tracking hygiene (visits, follow-ups, onboarded partners, first sale, repeat sales)
• Share structured on-ground feedback weekly (pricing, corridors, objections, product gaps)

What success looks like

• Strong activity: consistent pipeline of agency meetings and follow-ups
• Outcomes: onboarded partners that convert to first sale, then repeat monthly
• Quality: low escalation rates, clear reporting, high partner trust

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, BD, or channel sales (FMCG, Telecom, or travel tech preferred)
• Comfortable with daily on-ground work and speaking to business owners
• Strong Hindi, English, and Gujarati communication
• You have a 2-wheeler for local travel

Nice-to-have

• Existing travel agent network in the city
• Experience selling add-ons via partners (insurance, forex, SIMs, tours)

• You are comfortable with follow-ups over WhatsApp and calls
• You have prior field sales or distribution experience across FMCG, Telecom, Travel industries
