Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive the marketing and sales of our healthcare textile products including hospital uniforms, OT gowns, scrubs, bedsheets, pillow covers, patient gowns, and other hospital linen products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to promote healthcare uniforms and hospital linen products.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare institutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industry contacts.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product specifications to purchase managers and hospital administrators.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with the production and operations team for order execution and delivery timelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales in healthcare supplies, hospital uniforms, medical textiles, or institutional textile sales.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and institutional selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
• Good knowledge of hospitals, pharma companies, and healthcare procurement processes will be an added advantage.

• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience dealing with hospital purchase managers, procurement teams, or healthcare administrators.
• Prior experience in uniforms, hospital linen, or healthcare textile products or surgical sales will be highly preferred.
