Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of tender consultancy services.

 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide customized consultancy solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.

 Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our tender consultancy services. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.

 Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consultancy or tendering industry.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
