Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of tender consultancy services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide customized consultancy solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our tender consultancy services. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consultancy or tendering industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
