Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Automobile Sales Executive for our Ashok Leyland Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) dealership. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, vehicle sales, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by generating leads from the market and converting them into bookings.

• Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development Sell Ashok Leyland LCV products (Dost, Partner, Bada Dost, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Generate new leads through field work, cold calling, and market visits
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, mileage, and applications to customers
• Field Work & Market Coverage Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, markets, industrial areas, and villages
• Identify potential customers such as fleet owners, small businessmen, traders, and transporters
• Collect customer requirements and follow up regularly
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Customer Handling Attend walk-in customers at the showroom
• Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Assist customers with finance, insurance, registration, and documentation
• Handle customer objections and close sales professionally
• Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports
• Submit daily field visit reports and weekly sales updates
• Follow company and Ashok Leyland sales processes
• Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
• Experience in LCV / CV / automobile sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to do extensive field work
• Knowledge of local market and transport business is an advantage
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Experience0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
