Job Description
- 🎯 Role & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities in corporate office interiors
- Meet corporate clients, admin heads, HR teams, and decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and PMC firms
- Identify new commercial projects and upcoming office developments
- Present company profile, proposals, and turnkey solutions
- Negotiate and close projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Interior contracting
- Commercial furniture sales
- Office fit-out / turnkey solutions
- Strong network with corporate clients or architects
- Good understanding of BOQ, costing, and project cycle
