• Greeting customers, providing product information, understanding customer needs, recommending products, handling sales transactions, and resolving customer concerns. 
• Store Operations:
• Maintaining store appearance, organizing merchandise, managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping environment. 
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Working towards achieving sales targets, accurately recording sales data, and providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. 
• Product Knowledge:
• Staying updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and promote sales.
