Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Call customers from generated leads and explain tour packages professionally.

- Sell maximum tour packages and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and convince clients to confirm bookings.

- Provide complete information about destinations, itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, pricing, etc.

- Solve client issues and provide after-sales support when required.

- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and booking details in datasheet / worksheet (Excel/Google Sheet).

- Coordinate with internal team for confirmations, payments, and travel arrangements.

- Maintain strong customer relationship and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Sales mindset & target-oriented approach

- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals

- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

- Problem-solving and professional behavior with clients

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in Travel Sales / Tour Package Selling is a plus

- Must be confident on calls and ready to work in sales
