Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new enquiries and leads for safety products like helmets, safety shoes, gloves, jackets, barricading items, etc.
2. Visit industrial clients, construction sites, factories, and contractors to promote products.
3. Convert leads into opportunities and sales orders.
4. Prepare and send quotations to customers.
5. Maintain regular follow-up with customers for enquiries and quotations.
6. Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
7. Coordinate with accounts and dispatch team for order processing and delivery.
8. Update all customer activities in ERP / CRM system (like ERPNext).
9. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
