Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored SaaS solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) to optimize sales efforts.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in software sales / SaaS product sales.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with Educational ERP Sales, HRMS ERP Sales, Website & Portal Sales.
