Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets without field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Contact potential customers to present company products or services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to improve conversions
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Experience0–2 years for junior roles
• 2–5 years for experienced positions
