Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Experience in FRP, infrastructure, or manufacturing products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and project contractors.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Explain product features, pricing, and technical specifications to clients.

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up for orders, and close deals.

• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for smooth deliveries.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and CRM data.

• Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits as required.

• Understand competitor activities and market trends.

• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (manufacturing or B2B preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to travel for business requirements.

• Should be target-oriented and ready to work under pressure.

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not compulsory).

• Language: Hindi, English (Gujarati preferred).
