Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential buyers, tenants, and investors through cold calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties from the available listings.
• Conduct site visits and property showings with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams for documentation and negotiation.
• Meet monthly sales targets and update CRM tools with client interactions.
