Job Description
- Calls and SMS for follow ups.
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Count stock on daily basis in morning & evening.
- Explain recurring schemes and current offers to the clients.
- Understand the customers need.
- Explain the customers about new collection in the store.
- Prepare daily sales report
- Maintain order and customer follow up report.
- Maintain the dead stock report.
- Co-ordinate with the delivery or office boy for any market work.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Co-ordinate with General Manager for stock requirement.
- Submit daily reports to the immediate supervisors.
- Live Commerce and outside activities to be supported as and when required.
