Sales Executive – (Experienced)

Minimum Experience - 2–4 years of proven sales experience

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person.
• Understand client needs and project requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to update clients on progress.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

2. Project Assistance

• Assist clients in understanding available production services (shooting, editing, casting, location, etc.).
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and packages.
• Arrange client meetings with directors, producers, or technical teams.
• Coordinate scheduling for shoots, meetings, and location visits.

3. Sales Support

• Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., offering additional marketing or editing services).
• Support sales presentations with creative decks, mood boards, and visual references.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

4. Coordination Between Departments

• Act as a bridge between clients and production teams.
• Communicate client feedback to creative, technical, and post-production teams.
• Track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

5. After-Sales & Client Retention

• Ensure client satisfaction after project completion.
• Handle any concerns or revisions professionally.
• Collect testimonials, reviews, or case studies for marketing purposes.
• Maintain a client database for repeat business.
