Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire clients for HVAC maintenance services.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Close AMC contracts by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements.
- Prepare and present service quotes and proposals.
- Process new service orders efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HVAC sales or maintenance services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
