Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in selling residential or commercial properties.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
2. Handle site visits and explain project details to clients
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closures
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales
8. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
9. Call and convince clients for office meetings and site visits, and follow up until deal closure

✅ Requirements:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of residential/commercial projects
5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
6. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
7. Two-wheeler & local area knowledge preferred
