Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong exposure to the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, and building long-term partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-centric skills are essential for success in this role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and territories to grow the customer base and increase product penetration.
  • Order Management: Coordinate order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and ensure clients receive timely product supply.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of Murtuza Foods’ products and effectively present product benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share regular sales reports, pipeline status, and market insights with the Sales Head.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) or retail channel sales
  • Knowledge of food products and market dynamics
  • CRM usage experience for sales tracking and reporting
