Sales Executive - Solar Residential

About the Role

GreenMax Energy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive residential rooftop solar projects. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting meetings, explaining benefits & pricing, and coordinating end-to-end closure of sales of rooftop solar power plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective residential clients for rooftop solar installations.
• Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, and local market connections.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand energy needs and feasibility.
• Present company offerings, pricing, subsidy schemes (PM Surya Ghar), and technical advantages.
• Coordinate with design & project teams for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with customers and ensure closure of sales within defined timelines.
• Maintain customer database, track leads, and update daily reports.
• Support documentation and handover during project execution when required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualification

• Required Skills & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in field sales (solar or electrical sector preferred).
• Good communication, negotiation & customer handling skills.
• Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training can be provided).
• Energetic, self-driven and target oriented.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field travel.

Compensation

• Salary Structure: Fixed + Performance-based Incentives
• Incentives linked to verified order closures & sales targets.
