Sales Executive / Telecaller – Job Description
Role: Sales Executive / Telecaller
Industry: Garments / Women’s Wear (Kurtis & Suits)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Tele-calling
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Explain product details (Kurtis & Suits) to customers and answer inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales through follow-up and persuasive communication.
- Maintain customer database and update records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or tele-calling.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
