Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience exclusively in the Cement and Steel (TMT Bars) industry. Candidates from any other industry will not be considered. The role requires deep knowledge of the Gujarat market, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive both B2B and B2C sales across the state.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage sales operations for Cement and Steel (TMT Bars) products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Handle B2B and B2C sales across Gujarat
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence statewide
  • Manage dealer network, pricing strategies, and payment collections
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market feedback
  • Travel extensively across entire Gujarat
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Must have worked only in Cement and/or Steel (TMT Bars) industry
  • Strong command of Gujarat market and complete geographical knowledge
  • Well-connected with leading contractors, builders, and infrastructure players
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Gujarat
  • Mandatory Requirements:Own car is compulsory for field travel
  • Valid driving license
  • Ready for extensive travel
