Job Title: Sales Head

Company: Ethereum Infracon

Location: company Ahmedabad (Project Location: Dholera)


Job Summary:

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations for the company’s Dholera project while being based in Ahmedabad. The role includes driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and achieving business targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Dholera project.

Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle client meetings, site visit coordination, and deal closures.

Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.

Ensure smooth sales operations from inquiry to booking.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5–8 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Good communication and team management ability.

Experience in plot or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
