Job Description
Job Title: Skill Guide (Admin Role) About SKILLTERS SKILLTERS is an educational coaching institute catering to students from Grades 6 to 10 across GSEB, CBSE, ICSE, and IB boards. We are committed to structured academic delivery, operational excellence, and a well-managed learning environment.
Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Skill Guide (Admin Role) to manage and streamline day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the institute. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience handling operations within an academic setup. The Skill Guide will ensure smooth functioning of academic schedules, faculty coordination, student records, and overall center management. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Management * Oversee daily administrative operations of the institute. * Maintain student records, attendance, fee tracking, and documentation. * Ensure proper filing and data management systems are maintained. * Handle basic compliance and documentation processes. 2. Academic Operations Coordination * Coordinate class schedules and faculty timetables. * Ensure classrooms, study materials, and resources are prepared in advance. * Support smooth execution of tests, assessments, and academic events. * Assist in organizing PTMs, workshops, and internal meetings. 3. Faculty & Staff Coordination * Act as a coordination bridge between management and faculty. * Track faculty attendance and daily reporting. * Support onboarding and documentation of new staff members. 4. Parent & Student Support * Assist in resolving basic operational queries from parents and students. * Coordinate with the Student Relationship Manager for escalated concerns. * Ensure professional and structured communication flow. 5. Reporting & Process Improvement * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements. * Support management in implementing new operational systems. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred). * 2–5 years of experience in administrative or operations role. * Experience in an academic/coaching institute setup preferred. * Strong MS Office and documentation skills. * Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
