Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Manage B2B/B2C sales for industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients & distributors
  • Maintain and verify records such as POs, GRN, invoices, and dispatch data
  • Track leads, convert inquiries, and manage the CRM system
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast demand & plan sales strategies
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for order processing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategy
  • Train and guide junior sales team members (if applicable)

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Record keeping (PO, GRN, Invoice management)
  • Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
  • Ability to handle field visits & client meetings
