Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage B2B/B2C sales for industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical)
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients & distributors
- Maintain and verify records such as POs, GRN, invoices, and dispatch data
- Track leads, convert inquiries, and manage the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports, forecast demand & plan sales strategies
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for order processing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategy
- Train and guide junior sales team members (if applicable)
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills
- Experience in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Record keeping (PO, GRN, Invoice management)
- Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
- Ability to handle field visits & client meetings
