Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets for aviation courses (Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Pilot Training, AME, etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize admissions and revenue
  • Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into enrollments
  • Monitor sales pipeline and forecast admissions


  • 2. Team Leadership & Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage counselors/sales executives
  • Set daily and weekly targets for the sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and motivation sessions
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and ethical enrollment practices

  • 3. Student Counseling & Conversion
  • Counsel students and parents on aviation career options, eligibility, fees, and placement support
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
  • Handle high-value and complex student cases
  • Close enrollments and oversee fee collection processes

  • 4. Lead Management & CRM
  • Ensure proper allocation, follow-up, and tracking of leads
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  • Analyze lead sources and conversion ratios
  • Reduce lead leakage and improve follow-up efficiency


  • 5. Marketing & Promotion Support
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, seminars, and events
  • Support digital, offline, and referral marketing initiatives
  • Participate in school/college visits, education fairs, and seminars
  • Strengthen local brand presence and partnerships


  • 6. Center Operations Coordination
  • Work closely with academic, operations, and placement teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new students
  • Address student and parent escalations related to sales or admissions
  • Maintain professional center environment and customer experience


  • 7. Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Present performance updates to senior management


  • 8. Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure all sales activities follow aviation regulatory guidelines and academy policies
  • Prevent mis-selling or false commitments
  • Maintain transparency in course offerings, fees, and placements


  • 9. Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and referral partners
  • Manage alumni referrals and corporate tie-ups
  • Represent the academy in external meetings and events
