Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle all-India sales and generate business leads through online platforms and field visits. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial or construction product sales, with the ability to identify and convert potential buyers across India.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, JustDial, etc.
• Handle all-India field sales visits to builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the factory for dispatch and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in online lead generation and CRM handling.
• Willingness to travel pan-India.
• Own vehicle preferred for local visits.
