Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Salesman for Ice Cream Distribution who will visit retail shops, supermarkets, and kirana stores to sell and promote ice cream products, increase market coverage, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors daily in the assigned area.
• Generate orders and increase sales of ice cream products.
• Ensure product availability and proper display in retail outlets.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.
• Identify new shops and expand market coverage.
• Ensure company freezer placement and maintenance in shops.
• Collect payments from retailers as per company policy.
• Track competitor products, prices, and promotions in the market.
• Submit daily sales reports and order details to the supervisor.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in FMCG / ice cream / food product sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Ahmedabad local market.
• Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
• Ability to work in field sales and achieve targets.
