Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales executives to achieve project sales targets.
• Manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market analysis and generate business opportunities across Vaishnodevi, Gota, and Ognaj locations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, site teams, and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a real estate brokerage firm.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ahmedabad property market, especially Vaishnodevi, Gota, and Ognaj.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple project sites.
