Job Title: Sales Manager – OOH Advertising

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Manager with strong experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. The ideal candidate will lead a team while actively driving sales, generating revenue, and supporting OOH expansion (especially private sites).

This role requires a hands-on leader who can strategize, execute, generate business, build client relationships, and bring valuable market data for expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 sales executives ensuring discipline, productivity, and accountability.
• Monitor daily field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups of each team member.
• Conduct daily and weekly performance review meetings.
• Guide, motivate, and mentor the team to improve overall sales output and closure ratios.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, reporting structures, and timelines.
• Drive team-level and individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Direct Sales & Revenue Generation

• Personally handle key accounts and high-value clients.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients including brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses.
• Sell a wide range of OOH advertising inventory such as hoardings, digital screens, transit media, mall branding, and food court branding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies and direct clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

3. OOH Expansion & Private Site Development

• Identify and evaluate new private site opportunities for OOH expansion.
• Bring structured market data on:
• High-footfall / high-traffic zones
• Competitor inventory mapping
• Pricing benchmarks
• Potential property partnerships
• Coordinate with landlords and property owners for site acquisition.
• Support management in expansion planning and strategic decision-making.

4. Reporting, CRM & Communication Management

• Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance sheets.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasting reports.
• Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for clients.
• Draft and manage effective email communication with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Prepare structured MIS reports, revenue reports, and performance summaries for management.
• Coordinate closely with operations and execution teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of OOH advertising experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong network with advertising agencies and brand decision-makers.
• Experience in private site acquisition or OOH expansion preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Strong written and verbal email communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel reporting, and performance tracking tools.
