Job Description
- 1. Lead GenerationIdentify and generate leads through digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, paid ads)
- Use tools and databases to find potential clients
- 2. Client Acquisition & ConversionContact prospective clients via calls, emails, or meetings
- Present company services and convert leads into paying customers
- 3. Digital Campaign SupportCoordinate with the digital marketing team to run lead generation campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business development goals
- 4. Sales Pitch & PresentationsPrepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
- Explain digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, etc.) to clients
- 5. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- 6. Market ResearchResearch industry trends, competitors, and potential markets
- Identify new business opportunities and target segments
- 7. Revenue Target AchievementMeet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track performance and maintain a sales pipeline
- 8. CRM & ReportingMaintain client data and interactions in CRM systems
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and revenue
- 9. CollaborationWork closely with marketing and operations teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients
- 10. Negotiation & Closing DealsNegotiate pricing and terms with clients
- Close deals and ensure proper documentation
